In the new year, under the leadership of the company’s founder and management team, we will continue to carry forward our excellent traditions and strive to reach new heights of corporate development. On February 15th, a mobilization conference was grandly held at the Lanqiao Jinjiang Hotel International Conference Center, with over 500 participants. BlueCarbon’s frontline workers, sales personnel, and logistics support departments gathered together. It felt like family, even though we’re not related by blood. With shared goals and passions, we talked about the future, reminisced about the past, and recharged for the new journey and new starting point while enjoying laughter, fine food, and wine.
During the conference, the company’s founder briefly reviewed the industry challenges encountered in 2024 and the achievements made so far. Despite the overall overcapacity in the photovoltaic industry, BlueCarbon has steadily forged ahead. Though progress was slow, it was steady. He recognized the achievements made last year, which wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and collaboration of the sales team, frontline workers, and logistics support departments. He especially expressed heartfelt thanks to the international sales team who faced complex international environments without fear. It’s thanks to so many employees who rise to challenges that we are able to surpass ourselves repeatedly and achieve today’s success. He emphasized that 2025 will still be a key year, bringing new opportunities and challenges. He hopes that all employees will aim high, dare to innovate, and boldly put ideas into practice, continuing to reach new heights in their careers and achieving a win-win outcome for both personal and corporate growth.

The passionate and warm singing, dynamic and adorable dances, and humorous skits kept the audience entertained. A beautiful rendition of “My Satar” sparked deep thoughts, while a tractor dance portrayed realism and rural charm. The ancient-style beauty made a graceful entrance—sometimes valiant, sometimes dignified, sometimes tender—transporting us through time to experience the vibrancy and diversity of ancient civilizations.
The lucky draw segment added an element of suspense, with fortunate winners receiving exquisite prizes, while those who didn’t win still enjoyed the thrill of anticipation.
